Rate Protection
Find it hard keeping track of your talk time or the number of location requests? Avoid unnecessary overages by letting us do the math for you! For an additional $1.95 per month, enroll in our Rate Protection feature, which automatically adjusts the subscription level to fit your monthly service needs.
Here's how it works: At the beginning of every month, you will start at our least expensive Level 1 plan. If you go over your Level 1 unit limit and the total charges reach the price of the Level 2 plan, you will be automatically bumped up to the Level 2 plan for that month. The same steps are taken for Level 3 or Level 4. This way, you will always have the best deal given constantly changing service needs.
The following table shows the threshold number of units beyond the monthly allotment in that level that would make customer enrollment in Rate Protection worthwhile and advantageous.
